Curving of every size of angle, bar, channel, tee and beam up to W44x290# the hard way (x-x axis) on the world’s largest beam bender. Tube and pipe bending up to 24” OD. Tight bends (radius = 2 x pipe OD; W6x12# hard way to 14”inside radius) to large sweeps. Rectangular tubing up to 20” x 12”. Low deformation, thin wall bending for weight-sensitive applications. Single radius bending in one plane, as well as off-axis and multi-axis bends; multi-radius bends; true, helical coils; and plumb, circular stair stringers. WhiteFab has designed and built specialty equipment for cold forming structural shapes into curves. They are able to form shapes to tight radii with very little distortion. With their process, customers can use thinner sections to form tighter radii than with other methods. Some of the sections formed are: structural tubing up to 20”; beams up to 27”; channels; pipe; angles, tees, bars and rails. Their plate processing provides shearing up to ½” x 20’-0”; forming complex bends on press brakes up to 1000 tons; and plate rolling up to ½” x 10’-0”.

Established in 1915, Kottler Metal Products, Inc. rolls pipes, HSS, and structural shapes.  A new facility and experienced craftsmen allow Kottler Metal to supply customers with one of the largest bending capacities in the United States.  Kottler rolls up to 48" Channel and I-beam, easy/hard way, 20" pipe tube, rail, pipe, and tee with minimal distortion.
