Project Manager

•    Manage all activities associated with given construction projects.
•    Ensure contractual terms and obligations, including AISC standards and procedures, of such projects are maintained.  
•    Ensure projects meet cost budgeting.
•    Estimates and/or negotiate project change orders.
•    Work with Customers, Sub-Contractors, Operations, and Detailing to determine the scheduling of work and materials.
•    Diligently identify potential obstacles and adversity to make the best use of production to minimize costs and serve end users.
