Funding Transportation Programs
Posted by Alison Trost on January 4, 2011 at 11:42 AM.

Over the Holiday weekend AISC learned of a potential rule change in the House of Representatives that could jeopardize bridge funding and gut Highway Trust Fund expenditures. This change is being considered this week and it’s critical that you contact your Representative today and make your views known.

The proposed change would hurt transportation funding by allocating funds for other projects outside of those under the Highway Trust Fund.

YOU CAN HELP MAKE A DIFFERENCE! Visit our action page to email your representative. Go to www.aisc.org/action and enter in your zip code to find your U.S. representative and senators. To read more about this visit the AISC Action page or read our press release by clicking here
