The Steel Joist Institute (SJI) has released a new 13-minute video that provides an extensive overview of open web steel joists. In addition to covering the benefits of steel joists (strength-to-weight ratio, flexible and adaptable design, durability and economic advantages), it also offers a summary of the various steel joist products including the bar joist or short-span K-Series, long-span and deep long-span LH/DLH-Series, CJ-Series and steel Joist Girders.
