Suffolk Construction, developer Becker +Becker, and the City of New Haven, Conn., recently celebrated the topping-out of the $190-million mixed-use development. This LEED Platinum building, when completed, will be the second tallest building in New Haven. It also will be the largest private residential building in Connecticut. The 700,000 sq. ft development will host 500 apartment units, a full-service grocery store, and other commercial shops and offices.
