Steel Day - First report

Steel Day has arrived and the preliminary numbers are terrific - 173 events nationwide with more than 5000 pre-registered guests. In Chicago, the AISC staff is preparing for the noon gathering at Millennium Park where several hundred are expected.

 

Back in the office, Louis F. Geschwindner, Ph. D., AISC Vice President and Professor Emeritus at Penn State University, is nearly ready to begin a Steel Day webinar for which more than 1200 people have signed up.
