Nuclear Manufacturing Outreach Workshop
Posted by Alison Trost on September 14, 2009 at 2:58 PM.

The Nuclear Energy Institute will host a Manufacturing Outreach Workshop October 8 and 9 in Orlando, Fla.

Join industry leaders in new reactor design, engineering, construction and procurement to learn how your company can become part of this growing market.

The Nuclear Manufacturing Outreach Workshop is an excellent opportunity for companies interested in entering the nuclear sector to gain insights into the current market for components, commodities and services, as well as industry requirements to enter the market. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to interact directly with procurement personnel from some of the leading firms in the nuclear industry, including:

AREVA
The Babcock & Wilcox Company
Bechtel
CH2M Hill
Fluor
GE-Hitachi
Sargent & Lundy
Shaw Group
U.S. Department of Energy
URS Washington Division
Westinghouse

Executives and business development, sales and marketing personnel will find the workshop very informative.

This workshop is co-sponsored by American Society of Mechanical Engineers, National Association of Manufacturers, the U.S. Department of Energy, the Florida Manufacturing Extension Partership, and the National Institute of Standards and Technology Manufacturing Extension Partnership.
